This role sits at the center of a busy communications function, supporting both internal and external initiatives while helping drive consistency, engagement, and impact across multiple channels.
What you’ll be doing
* Support a cross-functional communications team with day-to-day coordination, content tracking, reporting, and project management
* Help keep the team organized by managing calendars, shared inboxes, agendas, and communication rhythms
* Create and publish content across digital channels including website, intranet, and social media
* Contribute to written content, presentations, and light graphic design work
* Partner with internal stakeholders to execute communications campaigns and initiatives
* Support event communications and help manage the events calendar, including social promotion
* Assist with employee engagement efforts such as internal campaigns, surveys, and all-staff communications
* Track performance metrics and support reporting to help guide communications strategy
What we’re looking for
* 1 to 3 years of experience in communications, marketing, PR, or a related field
* Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for clear, engaging content
* Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
* Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
* Experience with social media and digital content tools
* Familiarity with platforms such as Canva, SharePoint, or marketing tools is a plus
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
