Our client is seeking a motivated, detail‑oriented Executive Assistant to support a fast‑paced Financial Institutions Group within a leading global investment firm. This is a high‑volume, team‑based EA role supporting a group of junior to mid‑level professionals, offering strong exposure and the opportunity to grow within a top-tier platform. The ideal candidate is proactive, polished, and eager to build a career in a high‑performance environment. Hours are 9:00am-6:00pm with flexibility for overtime, and the role follows a hybrid 4/1 schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to a team of 8-10 professionals within the FIG group
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries
- Process expense reports accurately and in a timely manner
- Coordinate conference rooms, meeting logistics, and internal events
- Maintain organization of schedules, contacts, and administrative workflows
- Partner with other assistants to ensure seamless team support and coverage
- Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks and team needs
- Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve issues
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of Executive Assistant experience
- Strong calendar management and travel coordination experience required
- Experience in financial services or professional services environments preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional, polished demeanor with strong work ethic
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
- Proactive, team‑oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $90K-$100K base salary + paid overtime + discretionary bonus
