Our client, an event service company, is seeking a Client Relations & Sales Coordinator to join their team on a long term temporary basis with potential to go permanent in Silver Spring, Maryland.
About The Job:
- Manage client inquiries, schedule consultations, and guide clients through the booking process
- Prepare and update proposals, contracts, invoices, and event details through HoneyBook
- Coordinate event planning, timeline meetings, client communications, and final confirmations
- Track payments, follow up on outstanding items, and maintain accurate CRM records
- Support sales efforts through lead follow-up, upselling services, and pipeline reporting
- Provide post-event communication, including thank-you emails and review requests
About You:
- 1+ year of administrative, customer service, sales support, or client coordination experience
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience working with client communications, scheduling, contracts, or CRM systems
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Apple devices
- Tech-savvy with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Canva experience and interest in events are a plus
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP!
- $20-$21/hr
- Long-term temporary opportunity with potential for permanent hire
- 100% onsite
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM-2:00 PM
- Training schedule: 20 hours/week initially
- Work directly with the owners in a home-office environment
