Beacon Hill has partnered with a large corporation in Chicago in hiring a Campus Recruiter to start immediately! This role will be responsible for recruiting candidates for internships and entry level positions for various business units.

Responsibilities:

 Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, career centers, student organizations, and faculty to establish a consistent campus presence

 Manage the full-cycle campus recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for interns and entry-level talent

 Plan and execute on-campus and virtual recruiting events such as career fairs, info sessions, networking events, and interview days

 Develop and deliver engaging presentations that effectively communicate the company’s brand, culture, and opportunities to students

 Partner with hiring managers to understand early-career hiring needs and create targeted recruiting strategies

 Review resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and provide recommendations to hiring teams

 Coordinate interview logistics, including scheduling, communication, and candidate follow-up to ensure a seamless experience

 Track candidate pipelines and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS)

 Collaborate with marketing and employer branding teams to enhance campus recruitment materials and social media presence

 Analyze campus recruiting metrics and provide insights to improve hiring outcomes and strategy

 Stay informed on campus recruiting trends, competitor activity, and market insights to drive continuous improvement

 Ensure a positive, inclusive, and professional candidate experience throughout the recruiting process

Requirements:

 2+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on campus or early career hiring preferred

 Strong relationship-building and networking skills with the ability to engage students and university partners

 Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal

 Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

 Experience planning and executing events, both in-person and virtual

 Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools

 Ability to travel as needed for campus events and recruiting initiatives

 Bachelor’s degree required
