Our client, a professional association with an office in Alexandria, VA, is looking for a Director of Performance Marketing to spearhead B2B marketing initiatives and drive revenue!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across the full marketing funnel that generate demand, create qualified leads, and directly contribute to revenue growth.
- Build scalable processes, reporting frameworks, and measurement strategies that showcase each campaign’s impact on revenue.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Utilize Salesforce for reporting, pipelining, and lead management.
- Analyze campaign performance data to make informed strategic changes and achieve higher campaign ROI.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressive digital/performance marketing and 3+ years of team management experience required.
- A bachelor’s degree is required for this role.
- Strong B2B enterprise marketing experience with deep expertise in demand generation and sales enablement.
- Data driven and tech savvy with proficiency in Salesforce, analytics tools, and AI is essential.
About the Role:
- Salary range of $140K-$160K (DOE) with annual bonus potential.
