An environmental nonprofit organization is seeking a Part-Time Pogram Coordinator to support their Washington, D.C. team on a temporary basis.
About The Job:
- Provide administrative support to a collaborative team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Draft and coordinate service agreements, contracts, grants, and sub-award agreements
- Manage contract workflows, approvals, and documentation from initiation through execution
- Coordinate meetings, scheduling, and stakeholder communications across multiple teams
- Process expense reports, invoices, vendor setup requests, and payment tracking
About You:
- 2+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred

Experience with contracts, invoices, budgets, grants, or vendor management
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: Through the end of 2026
- Schedule: Monday-Wednesday, 9:00am-5:00pm (24 hours per week)
- $28-$32/hr
