A mission-driven non-profit is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis in their Washington, D.C office.
About The Job:
- Maintain email correspondence and customer databases, ensuring accurate data entry and record management
- Draft, edit, format, and distribute correspondence, memos, and internal communications
- Maintain and organize process documentation to support internal operations and audit readiness
- Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other business documents
- Update and maintain SharePoint content and related documentation
About You:
- 3-5 years of strong administrative support experience
- Experience supporting finance or accounting teams is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience coordinating meetings and managing schedules across multiple time zones
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: 2.5 months with potential to extend
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm
- $28-$31/hr
