Our client, an AI healthcare technology startup based in No Mad, Manhattan is seeking a reliable and consistent Long-term Temporary Part-time Office Assistant to support the day-to-day functions of the NYC office on an open-ended basis. This position will require ~10 hours/week, up to two hours on-site daily, starting around 8/8:30am before employees arrive. Pay rate up to $20/hour.
You’ll support a team of approximately 60 employees across engineering, customer support, and sales functions by ensuring the office is prepared for the day ahead.
Responsibilities:
- Sorting and distributing mail and packages
- Restocking snacks and kitchen supplies
- Tidying common areas before employees arrive each morning
We’re looking for someone dependable, proactive, and able to commit to a consistent daily schedule. Previous office experience is helpful but not required – reliability, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are most important.
