Our client, a national manufacturing organization, is seeking an Showroom Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis.
About The Job:
- Provide onsite support for showroom operations and registration
- Assist with attendee check-in and registration coordination
- Support room setup, materials prep, and event logistics
- Direct attendees and provide general event assistance
- Help coordinate breakout sessions and event flow
- Assist with miscellaneous projects and support event staff as needed
About You:
- Prior event, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
- Proactive mindset with a “no task too small” attitude
- Professional demeanor and ability to assist attendees in a fast-paced environment
About The Position:
- 8:00AM-5:00PM

- Thursday (7/9), Friday (7/10), Monday (7/13), Wednesday (7/22), Thursday (7/23), and Friday (7/24)
