We’re hiring! Beacon Hill has partnered with a non-profit organization in downtown Chicago in hiring a Marketing Associate to start immediately. Help shape and deliver impactful marketing campaigns for a mission-driven organization with a strong portfolio of products and industry-leading content.
- Execute and manage product-focused email marketing campaigns from planning through deployment and reporting.
- Build, test, and optimize email campaigns in HubSpot, ensuring accuracy, engagement, and brand consistency.
- Develop email layouts, audience segmentation, workflows, and automation strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create and distribute marketing content that supports product awareness and adoption.
- Manage marketing projects and timelines across multiple campaigns and initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations based on marketing metrics and analytics.
- Maintain and update customer and prospect data within HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Support marketing planning efforts and contribute ideas for campaign optimization and audience engagement.
- Coordinate marketing deliverables and ensure deadlines are met.
- Assist with content promotion, product launches, and cross-channel marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with internal teams to understand business objectives and translate them into effective marketing campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of marketing experience.
- Required experience using HubSpot to build and manage product email campaigns.
- Experience creating email workflows, audience segmentation, and marketing automation programs.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience analyzing campaign performance and using data to improve results.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience marketing products, services, subscriptions, or content offerings preferred.
