Our client, a mission driven nonprofit is seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO to join their team on a temporary basis in Washington, D.C.
About The Job:
- Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Chief of Staff during overlapping leadership leaves
- Manage complex scheduling, travel, expense reporting, invoice processing, and budget tracking
- Prepare executive materials, meeting packets, leadership updates, and decision-ready documents
- Coordinate leadership meetings, board-related activities, and special projects while tracking key deliverables
- Maintain organized filing systems, document management processes, and executive records
- Partner closely with the Chief of Staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and follow-through on strategic priorities
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 8+ years of senior executive support experience, preferably supporting C-suite leaders
- Strong experience with calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, budgeting, and invoice processing
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Concur, Asana, Workday, and Zoom
- Professional, discreet, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Contract through December 2026
- Pays $40-$45/hr
- 40-hour work week
- Hybrid: 3 days onsite
