Our client, a conservative nonprofit organization is seeking a Special Assistant to the President and CEO to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis in Washington, D.C.

About The Job:
* Provide high-level administrative support to the President & CEO, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
* Manage executive communications, including emails, phone calls, meeting requests, and correspondence
* Conduct research and support special projects related to organizational priorities and policy initiatives
* Coordinate donor outreach and meeting scheduling in partnership with the development team
* Plan and manage logistics for Board of Trustees meetings, executive events, and high-profile meetings
* Collaborate with senior leadership to track priorities, objectives, and key deliverables
* Serve as a key liaison across the organization while supporting day-to-day executive operations

About You:
* Bachelor’s degree required
* 4+ years of executive support, administrative, or related experience
* Comfortable working within a conservative, mission-driven organizational environment
* Strong writing, editing, verbal communication, and project management skills
* Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
* Comfortable supporting senior executives and working with high-profile stakeholders
* Strong research and correspondence drafting experience
* Professional, discreet, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment

About The Position:
* Temp-to-hire opportunity
* $30-$42/hr DOE
* Salary: $75K-$90K DOE
* 100% onsite in Washington, DC
