Our client, commercial real estate services organization is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join their team on a temporary basis with potential to extend in Washington, D.C.
About The Job:
- Support a Senior Property Manager overseeing a three-building office portfolio in Washington, DC
- Manage tenant communications, work orders, service agreements, and vendor relationships
- Handle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes, including coding invoices, processing cash batches, cash applications, and collections
- Assist with property operations, building maintenance coordination, vendor management, and property inspections
- Support budgeting, billings, financial reporting, and lease compliance
- Coordinate tenant meetings, events, property tours, and general administrative activities
- Serve as a key onsite representative, providing exceptional customer service to tenants and customers
About You:
- College degree required
- 5+ years of property management, real estate, or related experience
- Accounting experience strongly preferred
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Experience managing invoices, financial processes, work orders, and vendor relationships
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP!
- 3-month contract with potential to extend
- $36-$40/hr
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM
