Our client is seeking a highly organized, detail‑oriented Brokered Research & Corporate Access Associate to support investment research and trading teams within a hedge fund. Hours are 8:30am-5:30pm, and the role is fully onsite five days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between the investment team and broker relationships
- Coordinate high-volume corporate access activities, including management meetings, investor days, conferences, and site visits
- Manage brokered research access, advisory requests, and analyst interactions
- Maintain corporate access systems, watchlists, and research tracking tools
- Coordinate logistics for domestic and international conferences and events
- Support IPOs, secondary offerings, and other capital markets-related processes
- Track broker coverage, research subscriptions, and vendor relationships
- Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Finance on vendor onboarding, contracts, and renewals
- Maintain reporting and analytics related to corporate access activity and broker evaluations
- Manage broker contact databases and onboarding of new relationships
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance research and corporate access workflows
Qualifications:
- 3-6+ years of experience in financial services, corporate access, research coordination, sales, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Prior exposure to corporate access, broker relationships, or research support strongly preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload and competing priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional, proactive, and highly accountable
- Solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with research platforms or CRM systems is a plus
