Our client is seeking a highly polished, proactive Senior Administrative Partner to support a Co‑CEO within a leading global financial advisory firm. This is a high‑touch, 1:1 executive support role requiring strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to operate as a true strategic partner in a fast‑paced, high‑stakes environment. The ideal candidate is experienced within financial services, thrives under pressure, and takes initiative to anticipate needs and add value. Hours are typically 9:00am-5:30pm with flexibility as needed, and the role is fully onsite five days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high‑level executive support to a Co‑CEO within an area of the investment bank
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling internal and external meetings across time zones
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries (flights, hotels, visas, preferences)
- Act as a gatekeeper, managing communications and prioritizing competing demands
- Conduct research and prepare materials in advance of meetings and engagements
- Support meeting logistics, agendas, and follow‑through
- Maintain organization across communications, timelines, and priorities
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of day‑to‑day operations
- Handle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve workflows and enhance efficiency
Qualifications:
- 7-10+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leadership
- Experience in financial services, banking, or consulting strongly preferred
- Strong calendar management and travel coordination experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to handle complex logistics
- Strong judgment, discretion, and professionalism
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with ability to anticipate needs
- Experience with expense systems (Concur a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $130K-$135K base salary + discretionary bonus
