Our client, a mission driven nonprofit is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis in Washington, D.C.
About The Job:
- Provide administrative support to the Office of the President and President’s Special Assistant
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling, and travel coordination
- Draft and prepare correspondence, emails, letters, and other documents
- Process expense reports and maintain related documentation
- Track projects, monitor action items, and support special initiatives
- Handle confidential and sensitive executive office information with discretion
- Serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Provide occasional support to executive leadership and executive office operations
About You:
- 2+ years supporting executives, leadership teams, or senior management required
- Experience managing calendars, coordinating priorities, and preparing documents
- Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and follow established procedures
- Experience in a nonprofit, legal, advocacy, or mission-driven environment preferred
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP!
- $30-$35/hr
- 2-month contract
- Hybrid: 2 days onsite
- Fully onsite for the first 2-3 weeks of training
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
