- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of professional, corporate, and operational positions.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, workforce planning initiatives, and position requirements.
- Create and post job advertisements across internal and external recruiting platforms.
- Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Review resumes and applications to identify top talent and assess candidate qualifications.
- Conduct phone screens and initial candidate evaluations.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Guide candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Present qualified candidates and provide hiring managers with candidate summaries and recommendations.
- Maintain ongoing communication with candidates regarding interview status, feedback, and next steps.
- Manage offer preparation, offer negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
- Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and recruiting best practices.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to support recruiting initiatives and hiring goals.
- Analyze recruiting metrics and provide updates on hiring progress, candidate flow, and market trends.
- Support high-volume recruiting projects and hiring initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience required.
- Experience recruiting within a large corporate environment preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong interviewing, sourcing, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and recruiting technologies.
- Experience recruiting across various functions and levels preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
