Our client, a leading education organization, is seeking a HR Scheduling Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis in Arlington, Virginia.
About The Job:
- Coordinate high-volume interview scheduling for candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams
- Manage 10-20 interview schedules per day, including individual and panel interviews across multiple time zones
- Cross-reference Outlook calendars, update Workday ATS, and send Teams and Outlook interview invitations
- Communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the scheduling process
- Support the recruiting team with special administrative projects as needed
- Ensure accuracy, professionalism, and adherence to established scheduling processes
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Previous high-volume interview scheduling experience required
- Strong experience using Outlook, Teams, and Workday ATS
- Ability to manage multiple moving pieces, competing priorities, and time zone coordination
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced recruiting environment
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP!
- $23-$24/hr
- Temporary position
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
