Our client, a global nonprofit organization, is seeking a Part Time Benefits Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis in Arlington, Virginia.
About The Job:
- Administer and maintain employee benefits data within Workday and related systems
- Ensure benefits, payroll, and employee information is accurate and up to date
- Assist with benefits invoicing, reconciliation, reporting, and data audits
- Support open enrollment planning, coordination, and employee communications
- Partner with HR and Payroll teams to resolve benefits-related questions and discrepancies
- Support special projects, process improvement initiatives, and HR-related coordination efforts
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and provide excellent support to internal stakeholders
About You:
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Workday experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas and reporting
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP!
- $22-$24/hr
- Temporary Assignment Through December 2026
- Part-Time: 20-25 Hours Per Week
- Preferred Schedule: Tuesday-Thursday
