Our client, a financial services organization is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join their team on a temporary basis in Bethesda, Maryland.
About The Job:
- Build candidate pipelines and sourcing strategies in partnership with recruiters and hiring managers
- Identify and engage passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
- Conduct candidate outreach, screening, and talent market research to support hiring initiatives
- Present qualified candidates and maintain accurate recruiting activity in Greenhouse
- Support talent mapping, employer branding, and other recruiting projects as needed
- Ensure sourcing practices comply with employment laws and company policies
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years of recruiting and/or sourcing experience, preferably within financial services
- Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and candidate sourcing strategies
- Experience using Greenhouse or similar Applicant Tracking Systems
- Interest or experience utilizing AI-enabled recruiting tools
- Excellent research, communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP!
- Temporary assignment for a few months
- $37-$42/hr
- Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite
- Metro Accessible!
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM
