About the Job:
- Lead all areas of HR, including recruiting, employee relations, benefits, performance management, compliance, and organizational development.
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational initiatives.
- Oversee recruiting and onboarding for a variety of roles.
- Manage employee relations matters, investigations, performance issues, and coaching for managers.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain strong HR policies, documentation, reporting, and systems.
About You
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, employee relations, benefits, performance management, and HR operations.
- Professional, strategic, organized, and comfortable advising leaders across all levels of the organization.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Experience in transportation, logistics, construction, manufacturing, is a plus!
About the Position
- Salary of $100K-$140K + benefits.
- On-site 5x/week in Upper Marlboro, MD.
