Our client is seeking a highly polished, detail‑oriented Project Coordinator to support a senior consultant within a leading global executive search firm. This is a client‑facing, project‑driven support role that blends executive assistant responsibilities with search coordination and high‑level client delivery. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and thrives in a fast‑paced, service‑oriented environment with strong attention to detail. Hours are generally 8:30/9:00am-5:00/5:30pm with flexibility as needed, and the role follows a hybrid schedule of 2-3 days onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high‑level project and administrative support to a senior consultant
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and prioritization across clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate high‑volume, confidential executive search interviews and meetings
- Serve as a key point of contact for client and candidate communications
- Prepare job status reports and track search progress
- Proofread and finalize presentations, reports, and client deliverables
- Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics
- Maintain and update CRM/database systems
- Assist with document preparation using Word and PowerPoint
- Partner with internal teams to ensure successful execution of search processes
- Manage multiple projects from start to finish with strong attention to detail
Qualifications:
- 5-7+ years of Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, or similar support experience
- Experience in professional services (consulting, executive search, legal, finance) strongly preferred
- Strong calendar management and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail, especially in written materials and client deliverables
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism and executive presence
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish
- Strong interpersonal skills with client‑facing experience
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $100K base salary + paid overtime + discretionary bonus
