Our client, a global professional services organization, is seeking a Workplace Experience Ambassador to join their team on a long term temporary position in Reston, Virginia.
About The Job:
- Serve as the primary Workplace Experience Ambassador, providing exceptional customer service to employees and visitors
- Manage front-of-house services, greet guests, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Support daily workplace operations, including stocking supplies, conference room setup, and workspace upkeep
- Conduct floor walkthroughs to ensure workplace areas are organized, stocked, and meeting service standards
- Submit work orders and coordinate maintenance, cleaning, and facility-related requests
- Provide support to workplace and mailroom teams as needed and assist with special projects
About You:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience in reception, concierge, hospitality, customer service, or a related field preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with basic computer systems and workplace technology
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. (assistance available for items over 25 lbs.)
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP!
- Contract assignment through December 31st
- $23-$26/hr
- Fully onsite
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Free onsite parking available
