Our client is seeking a highly polished, proactive Executive Assistant to support a Co‑President within a leading healthcare-focused investment bank. This is a high‑touch, 1:1 executive support role requiring exceptional judgment, anticipation, and the ability to operate independently in a fast‑paced, deal‑driven environment. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and comfortable supporting a senior executive with a demanding schedule and significant travel. Hours are generally 8:30am-5:00pm with flexibility required for occasional after‑hours support, and the role follows a hybrid 3/2 schedule with flexibility to go onsite 4-5 days depending on business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide dedicated executive support to the Co‑President and Global Co‑Head of Investment Banking
- Manage a complex and constantly evolving calendar with competing priorities and last‑minute changes
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, restaurants, transportation, and detailed itineraries
- Serve as a trusted liaison between the executive, clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively ensure preparedness for meetings, presentations, and business commitments
- Coordinate meeting logistics, conference rooms, materials, and follow‑up action items
- Manage expenses and reimbursement processes through internal systems
- Support client interaction and high‑touch relationship management with professionalism and discretion
- Assist with team initiatives, events, and operational needs where required
- Provide backup support to fellow Executive Assistants and contribute to the broader administrative team
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives
- Financial services, investment banking, private equity, or professional services experience strongly preferred
- Experience supporting high‑profile executives in fast‑paced environments
- Exceptional calendar management and travel coordination skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proven ability to exercise judgment, think critically, and solve problems independently
- Professional, polished demeanor with strong client service orientation
- Experience with expense platforms such as Concur or Databasics preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $150K-$160K base salary + discretionary bonus
