Our client, an investment bank located in Flatiron, is seeking a Temporary to Permanent Front Desk Coordinator. The role requires 5 days in office with the working hours being from 8:30am-5:30pm. This is a great opportunity for a professional who is looking to learn and grow with a fast paced, tight knit team.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and business partners in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage and maintain an organized, welcoming reception area
- Ensure conference rooms are tidy, manage office supplies and equipment
- Maintain and organize pantry/kitchen, oversee receiving and stocking pantry items, managing food inventory.
- Ensure the cleanliness and order of the kitchen area, including unloading dishwasher and tidying conference rooms/common spaces.
- Coordinate and handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Coordinate and set-up catering for high level meetings.
- Assist team with scheduling conference rooms, meetings, managing conflicts, and sending reminders for both in-person and virtual appointments
- Collaborate with teams on other ad hoc projects as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Interest in financial services, data management, and administration
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, Teams, Zoom, CRM Platforms
- Excellent verbal and communication skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Demonstrates integrity, sound judgment, proactivity, and an eagerness to learn
- Strong desire to be part of a team-oriented entrepreneurial culture
Compensation:
- Up to 72k DOE + annual bonus
