Our client, a leading investment bank located in Midtown, Manhattan is looking for a Temporary to Permanent Junior Executive Assistant to the CEO to join their team. This position will start by early September and will operate on a hybrid schedule – remote on Mondays, in-office Tuesdays-Fridays. Hours are 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM with flexibility.
Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with Senior Executive Assistant to manage CEO’s daily operations
- Complex calendar management, scheduling, and prioritization of meetings
- Serve as backup/extension to Senior EA during absences or high-volume periods
- Coordinate complex travel including international and private aviation
- Support senior leadership including COO as needed
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Build relationships across all levels of the organization
- Communicate with executives, board members, clients, and stakeholders
- Provide occasional personal assistant support (errands, coffee, lunch, car service, flights)
- Assist with day-to-day administrative operations of the Office of the CEO
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of executive administrative experience
- Finance or investment banking experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong accountability
- Discretion handling sensitive information
Compensation:
- Up to $95k base
