Our client, a professional services firm with a conservative lean is seeking a Hill Scheduler to support their Government Affairs team on a long term temporary basis in Washington, D.C.
About The Job:
- Provide high-level executive support to senior leaders within the Government Affairs team
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and shifting executive priorities
- Serve as a strategic liaison between executives, internal teams, policymakers, and external stakeholders
- Prepare executives for meetings, conferences, speaking engagements, and special events
- Support executive communications, stakeholder engagement, and special projects
- Handle highly confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Partner closely with executive assistants and business partners across the organization
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives, senior government officials, or comparable leadership
- Capitol Hill scheduling experience is required for this role.
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP!
- Long-Term Temporary Assignment
- $35-$43/hr
- 100% onsite
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
