Our client, a growing professional services organization, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support office operations and executive leadership. This temp-to-perm opportunity is ideal for a polished, proactive professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats and serving as both the face of the office and a trusted administrative partner. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while handling sensitive information with discretion.
This position is fully onsite and offers a competitive pay rate of $35.50-$44.00/hour during the temporary period, with a conversion salary of $65,000-$80,000 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
About the Job
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors, creating a professional and welcoming office environment
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls while managing messages for leadership and staff
- Coordinate visitor arrivals, meeting logistics, and reception area operations
- Support client intake inquiries and provide general administrative assistance as needed
- Manage complex personal and professional calendars for executive leadership
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate travel and logistical arrangements
- Assist with personal and professional projects, errands, and special assignments
- Serve as a liaison with vendors, service providers, and external partners
- Support administrative functions including scheduling, document preparation, correspondence, and office coordination
- Partner closely with leadership to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and workflow management
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost professionalism and discretion
- Assist with ad hoc projects and provide support wherever needed to keep operations running efficiently
About You
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative, executive assistant, receptionist, office coordinator, or similar support role
- Experience supporting executives, business owners, or senior leadership preferred
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and adapt quickly to changing needs
- Professional demeanor with strong judgment and discretion
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other business technologies
- Experience handling confidential information
- Professional services experience preferred (legal, accounting, consulting, financial services, real estate, architecture, or similar environments)
- Ability to work fully onsite in a fast-paced office setting
