Our client is seeking a highly polished, proactive Executive Assistant to support Partners within a leading early‑stage venture capital firm. This is a high‑touch, team support EA role requiring strong calendar management, executive support, relationship management, and operational flexibility within a fast‑paced entrepreneurial environment. The ideal candidate is organized, tech‑savvy, and thrives wearing multiple hats while supporting investors, founders, and portfolio companies. Hours are generally 8:30/9:00am-6:00pm, and the role is fully onsite five days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive support to multiple Partners within the investment team
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including transportation, accommodations, dining reservations, and itinerary management
- Prepare executives for meetings through schedule oversight and logistical support
- Process and submit expense reports in accordance with firm deadlines
- Serve as a trusted liaison between Partners, founders, investors, portfolio companies, and external stakeholders
- Maintain and support CRM systems and data management efforts
- Assist with conference room coordination, meeting setup, and troubleshooting office logistics
- Support internal operations and administrative team initiatives
- Collaborate closely with fellow Executive Assistants to provide coverage and ensure seamless support
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of Executive Assistant or administrative support experience
- Experience in venture capital, private equity, startups, consulting, PR, technology, or similar fast‑paced environments preferred
- Strong calendar management and travel coordination skills
- Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Strong technology proficiency, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Slack
- Experience with CRM systems and data management is a plus
- Professional, polished, and service‑oriented demeanor
- Ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Team‑oriented mindset with a “no task too big or too small” attitude
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $120K-$160K base salary + discretionary bonus
