Our client, a mission-driven, health-related nonprofit organization is seeking a Project Manager to join their team on a temporary basis with potential to extend in Washington, D.C.
About the Job:
- Support Procurement Excellence initiatives through project coordination, process improvements, and stakeholder engagement
- Track project milestones, deliverables, action items, and communications across cross-functional teams
- Coordinate user adoption efforts, communications, and training related to procurement systems and processes
- Maintain knowledge resources, process documentation, job aids, FAQs, and training materials
- Gather information from stakeholders to document business processes, workflows, and requirements
- Support testing, validation, and readiness activities for procurement system and process changes
- Conduct research, gather feedback, and assist with continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination, business operations, procurement, process improvement, communications, or a related field
- Experience supporting cross-functional projects and stakeholder engagement
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint; Asana preferred
- Experience creating process documentation, training materials, presentations, and job aids
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and support operational improvement initiatives
About the Position:
- Start Date: ASAP!
- $33-$38/hr
- Temporary opportunity with the potential to extend up to one year
- Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite
