Our client, a national nonprofit organization, is seeking Event Set Up and Product Support for an event in Miami, Florida.
About The Job:
- Assist with event setup and breakdown, including moving, unpacking, and organizing materials
- Help prepare event spaces and registration areas, including badge setup and final event preparations
- Lift and move boxes up to 15 pounds as needed
- Provide general onsite support throughout the event and assist with logistical tasks
- Support event staff with setup, organization, and closeout activities
About You:
- Previous event support, hospitality, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and perform physically active work throughout the day
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced event environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Professional appearance; jeans and sneakers permitted (no ripped jeans)
- Must have reliable transportation to the event site
About The Position:
- Friday, August 14th
- $19-$20/hr
- Parking expenses will be reimbursed
- 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
