Our client, a Chicago-based estate planning law firm, is seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead client acquisition, digital marketing, lead generation, and community outreach efforts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution and wants visibility into how their work contributes to business growth. You will have the ability to work remotely with travel required throughout the Chicago suburbs for events.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns
- Improve website performance and local SEO
- Generate and track qualified leads
- Coordinate workshops, webinars, seminars, and client events
- Attend networking events, seminars, and community outreach opportunities
- Handle lead follow-up, consultation scheduling, and intake calls with prospective clients
- Build email marketing and lead nurture campaigns
- Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid marketing channels
- Track marketing performance, conversions, and ROI
- Develop initiatives that drive consultations and new client growth
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of marketing, lead generation, business development, or growth marketing experience
- Experience with digital advertising, SEO, email marketing, and analytics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with prospective clients and managing intake conversations
- Ability to analyze data and make marketing decisions based on results
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Ads, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools
