Our client, a corporate organization is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to join their team on a temporary basis in Arlington, Virginia.
About The Job:
- Support sales operations through pricing analysis, contract preparation, renewals, and order processing
- Research and analyze customer and prospect data to support proposal and contract pricing decisions
- Review pricing requests, discounts, and package options while partnering with sales teams on customer offerings
- Maintain customer and subscription accounts and resolve order processing issues
- Collaborate with sales, IT, and cross-functional teams to support business operations and customer needs
- Utilize Salesforce, SAP, Excel, DocuSign, and other business systems to support daily operations
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of sales operations, analytics, research, or related experience (or 4+ years of relevant experience without a degree)
- Proficiency with Salesforce is required
- Experience supporting order-to-cash processes, contracts, proposals, pricing, or sales operations
- Strong analytical, research, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Quick learner who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, back-office environment
- Comfortable working with data, Excel, and multiple business systems
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP!
- $27/hr
- 6-month contract opportunity
- Hybrid schedule: 4 days onsite
- 37.5 hour work week
