Our client, a leading healthcare organization in Philadelphia, is seeking a Workstream Lead – Benefits to support a large-scale benefits configuration and implementation initiative. This individual will serve as the central point of coordination for benefits-related projects, ensuring changes are accurately tracked, documented, communicated, and implemented across multiple teams.
About the Job:
- Manage and maintain benefits implementation plans, project timelines, and transition trackers.
- Lead coordination efforts across internal stakeholders, operational teams, and configuration resources.
- Track benefits-related changes and maintain a centralized inventory of configurations and updates.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings to drive project milestones and resolve issues.
- Monitor risks, dependencies, and project status, escalating concerns as needed.
- Partner with technical and operational teams to ensure benefits changes are implemented accurately and on schedule.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level status updates, reports, and project communications.
- Support governance processes and documentation standards related to benefits configuration activities.
- Translate operational challenges and project details into clear, concise updates for leadership and key stakeholders.
- Drive accountability across teams to ensure successful project execution.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, benefits administration, healthcare operations, HR operations, implementation management, or a related field.
- Experience supporting benefits programs, benefits implementations, healthcare operations, insurance operations, or similar business processes is highly preferred.
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Comfortable working with project plans, trackers, reporting tools, and process documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity while driving projects forward.
- Professional presence with the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization.
This contracted opportunity is set to last through February 2027, with potentional for extension or conversion. The role offer up to $41.40, and is onsite in Philadelphia, PA.
