Our client, a professional membership association is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team on a temporary basis with potential for an extension is Alexandria, Virginia.
About The Job:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for full-time, part-time, contract, temporary, and intern positions
- Source, screen, coordinate interviews, conduct background checks, prepare offers, and support onboarding
- Build candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and social media recruiting
- Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and meet hiring goals
- Lead new hire onboarding and orientation programs
- Track recruiting metrics, prepare reports, and provide market research insights
- Collaborate with HR teams to support talent acquisition and organizational initiatives
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years of HR experience with a focus on Talent Acquisition
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP!
- $36-$38/hr
- Contract through approximately November/end of year with potential to extend
- Hybrid: 3 days onsite
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM or 9:00 AM-5:30 PM
