Our client, a rapidly growing SaaS organization, is seeking a temporary Data Operations Analyst to support a large-scale operational initiative. About the Job
- Review and analyze customer, project, and operational data across multiple systems
- Validate information generated through automated workflows and technology platforms
- Identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, and missing information within datasets
- Monitor project activity and status updates to ensure accuracy and timely completion
- Investigate data-related issues and escalate concerns when appropriate
- Perform quality assurance reviews to maintain data integrity and accuracy
- Support operational teams by identifying trends, patterns, and potential process improvements
- Follow established procedures while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Assist with special projects related to reporting, automation, and workflow optimization
- Collaborate with team members to meet project goals and deadlines
About You
- 1+ years of experience in an administrative, operations, customer support, data entry, quality assurance, or related role
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
- Comfortable working with data, reports, dashboards, and technology platforms
- Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new systems and processes
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with a team
- Experience reviewing data, conducting audits, performing quality checks, or supporting operational processes is highly preferred
- Customer-facing experience is a plus but not required
This contracted position will work on a hybrid schedule out of the Conshohocken area and is expected to last through January 2027. It is paying up to 21/hour depending on experience.
