Our client is seeking a highly polished, proactive Executive Assistant to support the CFO and internal finance leadership team of a leading global investment bank. This is a high‑touch executive support role requiring exceptional calendar management, extensive travel coordination, meeting preparation, and strong discretion while supporting a senior executive responsible for corporate finance and accounting functions. The ideal candidate is an experienced Executive Assistant with prior CFO support experience who thrives in a fast‑paced professional services environment and can serve as a trusted business partner. Hours are generally 8:00am-6:00pm with flexibility as needed, and the role follows a hybrid 4/1 schedule with Fridays remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide dedicated executive support to the CFO and finance leadership team
- Manage highly complex calendars, scheduling, and prioritization of meetings and commitments
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and logistics
- Process and manage expense reports, preferably using Concur
- Prepare meeting materials, supporting documents, catering arrangements, and conference logistics
- Coordinate conference registrations, executive events, and internal meetings
- Serve as a liaison between executives, internal departments, and external stakeholders
- Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively manage competing priorities
- Support special projects and administrative initiatives as needed
- Partner closely with the broader administrative team to ensure seamless coverage and support
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of Executive Assistant experience
- Prior experience supporting a CFO required
- Public company CFO support and exposure to earnings cycles strongly preferred
- Financial services, investment banking, accounting, or professional services experience preferred
- Exceptional calendar management and travel coordination skills
- Strong organizational abilities with outstanding attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional, polished demeanor with strong executive presence
- Ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems
- Experience managing confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
- Concur experience preferred
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $145K-$155K base salary + discretionary bonus
