Responsibilities:
- Build individual rapport with customers and actively collaborate with internal technical teams to demonstrate product knowledge and subject matter expertise.
- Provide prompt, efficient, and customer-focused service in response to inquiries through various channels. Analyze situations, answer customer questions, and resolve issues as they arise.
- Follow standard operating procedures to ensure accuracy in order management and order entry. Maintain customer records in CRM/ERP systems with a high level of data integrity.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with leadership to improve the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- Prior experience with CRM and/or ERP software is preferred but not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including grammar, proofreading, and editing, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to learn and understand technical aspects of products and services.
