We’re partnering with a growing organization in the renewable energy space seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team. This role will manage full-cycle recruiting across corporate, technical, and operations-focused positions while partnering closely with hiring managers to attract top talent and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple corporate and technical positions
- Partner with hiring leaders to develop hiring strategies and interview processes
- Source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other tools
- Conduct candidate screening and assessment activities
- Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process
- Provide market insights and talent recommendations to stakeholders
- Support recruiting initiatives, process improvements, career fairs, and community outreach efforts
What You’ll Bring:
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment
- High-volume or multi-location recruiting
- Recruiting for technical, skilled trades, or operations-focused position
- Experience with ATS/HRIS systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment
