Our client, a media agency in Irvington, New York, is seeking a Temporary Office Manager for a 1-month assignment with flexibility to extend. This role will start ASAP and will be on site 5 days/week. Hours are 9am-5pm with flex of overtime as needed. Hourly rate up to $30/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as front-of-house, greeting guests and maintaining the office environment
- Manage conference room scheduling, catering, and meeting logistics
- Coordinate office operations including vendors, supplies, and building relationships
- Oversee pantry, lunch program, and overall office experience
- Support internal events and team activations
- Act as the main point of contact for building management and external vendors
- Maintain a highly organized and visually appealing office space
- Provide ad hoc administrative support across teams
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in reception, office coordination, or hospitality
- Strong client service mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, self-starter with ability to take ownership
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a “no task too small” attitude
- G Suite expereince preferred
