Our client, a mission-driven professional services organization experiencing significant growth and transformation, is seeking a Manager of Field Marketing & Growth Enablement to join its expanding marketing team. This hybrid role is ideal for a strategic and creative marketing professional with experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM), field marketing, demand generation, and sales enablement.
About the Job
- Develop and execute ABM and field marketing strategies that drive business development and revenue growth
- Partner closely with business development and regional leadership teams to identify target accounts and growth opportunities
- Translate data, market intelligence, and prospect insights into targeted campaigns and outreach strategies
- Create executive briefing materials, sales enablement resources, and prospect-facing content
- Design and support creative prospect engagement initiatives, including executive events, conferences, sponsorships, roundtables, and targeted outreach campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing operations to execute campaigns within HubSpot
- Track campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities to scale successful programs across regions
- Serve as a strategic liaison between marketing and business development teams
About You
- 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, field marketing, revenue marketing, or sales enablement
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and/or Field Marketing initiatives
- Proven success partnering with sales, business development, or revenue teams to drive growth
- Experience creating targeted campaigns that extend beyond traditional digital marketing, including events, sponsorships, executive engagement programs, or strategic outreach initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and insights to inform marketing decisions
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms; HubSpot experience preferred
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with data to identify trends and opportunities
- Excellent written communication skills and experience creating executive-level marketing or sales enablement materials
- Experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
- Professional services, consulting, advisory services, or other consultative B2B experience preferred
This position is hybrid in the Philadelphia area, requiring approximately 2-3 days per week in the office. Compensation is up to 115,000 annually, depending on experience.
