Our client, a real estate investment company is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join their team on a temporary basis in Washington, D.C.
About The Job:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents, providing exceptional customer service
- Conduct apartment tours and guide prospects through the leasing process from inquiry to lease execution
- Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in person, while maintaining strong prospect relationships
- Maintain accurate resident, prospect, and leasing data in Yardi
- Support occupancy goals through lead follow-up, sales efforts, and relationship building
- Assist with resident relations and day-to-day front office operations
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- 1+ years of leasing consultant, leasing agent, or residential property management experience
- Yardi experience strongly preferred
- Strong sales aptitude and customer service skills
- Professional, polished, and personable demeanor
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP!
- $21-$24/hr
- Temporary assignment (2-3 months)
- Fully onsite

- Schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
