Our client is seeking a highly organized, proactive Investment Coordinator to support Portfolio Managers and investment teams within a leading global multi-strategy investment firm. This is a strategic investment team support role focused on corporate access, research coordination, stakeholder management, scheduling, and operational execution. The ideal candidate is resourceful, relationship-oriented, and enjoys serving as a key connector between investment professionals, research providers, corporate management teams, and internal business partners. Hours are generally 8:00am-5:00pm with flexibility as needed, and the role follows a hybrid schedule with four days onsite and one day remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic partner to Portfolio Managers and investment teams
- Coordinate corporate access opportunities, management meetings, industry events, conferences, and expert network engagements
- Manage complex scheduling and logistics for investment professionals
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and related logistics
- Maintain and update investment team coverage universes and research activity trackers
- Collaborate closely with Broker Relations and Corporate Access teams to maximize access to differentiated insights and opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with research providers, investor relations contacts, corporates, and external partners
- Track and distribute research materials, presentations, earnings-related information, and event resources
- Measure and report on utilization and effectiveness of research and corporate access activities
- Maintain systems for tracking meetings, events, and investment team interactions
- Support expense management and operational workflows
- Partner with Compliance to ensure all meetings and engagements adhere to firm policies and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-4+ years of administrative, coordinator, executive support, corporate access, or related experience
- Strong interest in supporting investment professionals for the long term
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with excellent follow-through
- Experience coordinating meetings, travel, events, and executive schedules
- Understanding of investment management, research, corporate access, or capital markets environments is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple stakeholder groups

- Up to $115K base salary + discretionary annual bonus
