Retail Sales Associate
Our client, a globally recognized consumer products company, is seeking a Sales Associate to join its retail team in Wrentham, MA. This is a long-term temporary opportunity offering full-time hours, flexible scheduling, $18/hour pay, and the potential for permanent employment based on business needs and performance.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and engaging customer service to store visitors
- Assist customers with product selection and recommendations
- Stock and replenish merchandise throughout the store
- Maintain product displays and ensure accurate pricing
- Conduct product sampling and promotional activities
- Support store opening and closing procedures
- Assist with inventory organization and store cleanliness
- Follow all safety, food handling, and company policies
Candidate Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or another customer-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 40 lbs
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
