We’re partnering with a highly respected investment firm to identify an HR Generalist to join its collaborative and high-performing HR team. This role offers broad exposure across the employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, HR operations, talent initiatives, and special projects.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Partner on full-cycle recruiting and interview coordination
- Support onboarding and employee lifecycle processes
- Assist with performance management and annual review cycles
- Coordinate analyst and associate recruiting programs
- Prepare reports, presentations, and HR analytics
- Support employee engagement initiatives and special projects
- Help execute high-profile internal meetings, events, and talent programs
- Serve as a trusted resource to employees and business leaders
What We’re Looking For
- 4-6+ years of HR experience within within financial services, private equity, investment banking, or adjacent industry required
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Comfortable working with senior executives and managing confidential information
- A proactive, high-touch service mindset
