A rapidly growing renewable energy company is seeking an Executive Assistant to support its founders and leadership team. This newly created position offers a unique opportunity to step beyond traditional executive support and play a key role in helping a high-growth organization scale. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, highly organized professional who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats across executive support, operations, communications, events, and special projects.

THE ROLE:

* Provide high-level administrative support to the founders, managing complex calendars, scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics; including some personal assistance work for the founders.

* Act as a trusted partner to leadership, helping create structure, organization, and operational efficiency as the company continues to grow.

* Coordinate company meetings, leadership events, team gatherings, community engagement activities, and special projects.

* Support internal and external communications, including correspondence, presentations, and meeting materials.

* Assist with HR administration, onboarding coordination, and employee-related processes.

* Coordinate group travel arrangements and logistics for leadership and team events.

* Track project deadlines, action items, and key business initiatives to ensure follow-through.

* Partner closely with leadership on process improvements and operational efficiencies.

* Serve as a resource across the organization, supporting a collaborative and fast-paced team environment.

YOU:

* Bachelor’s degree preferred

* 5+ years of Executive Assistant, Administrative Business Partner, or administrative support experience.

* Experience supporting executives within a growing, entrepreneurial, or fast-paced organization.

* Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership of projects.

* Strong problem-solving abilities and a track record of partnering with leaders to address business challenges.

* Collaborative, positive, and adaptable approach.

* Experience with event planning, executive travel coordination, communications, or HR administration is a plus.
