Our client, a commercial real estate agent is seeking a Receptionist to join their team on a temporary basis with the potential to go permanent in Great Mills, Maryland.
About The Job:
- Answer and direct incoming calls, manage visitor logs, and issue security badges
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees
- Receive and distribute packages, mail, and courier deliveries
- Coordinate boardroom schedules and maintain meeting room equipment
- Provide administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and document preparation
About You:
- High school diploma required
- 0-2 years of administrative, receptionist, or customer service experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP!
- Temporary opportunity with potential for permanent hire
- 100% onsite in Great Mills, MD
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
