Our financial services client, with a headquarters in Bethesda, MD, is seeking a direct hire Personal Assistant to partner with the Executive Assistant and support the CEO!
About the Job:
- Manage all personal scheduling for appointments and personal/social commitments, collaborating with the Executive Assistant to ensure no conflicts.
- Book complex domestic and international travel arrangements for the CEO and family, including air travel, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, and any itineraries and dining reservations.
- Responsible for personal errands, gifting, mailing, and package coordination.
- Track expenses, receipts, invoices, and additional household/personal budgeting items.
- Support the CEO’s participation in a variety of personal board positions including scheduling, board functions, and special events.
- Track timelines and renewal deliverables for person items including registrations, memberships, and insurance.
- Additional tasks as required in support of the CEO’s personal matters.
About You:
- 15+ years of executive support experience, including 5+ years of Personal Assistant experience supporting a business leader or Principal.
- Exceptional detail-orientation, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Collaborative and engaging with a high-level of discretion and professionalism.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and continuously adjust priorities.
- Flexible to support the CEO after hours or on the weekend as needed.
