Our client, an association company, is looking for a Member Services Representative in the downtown Chicago area. In this position, you will be talking to members and taking their membership due payments over the phone, answering general questions over the phone and email. This is a contract assignment from 9/21- 10/8, 100% onsite, and pays $20/hour.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, SQL or other data analysis tools
Responsibilities:
- Responds to member inquiries through phone call and email
- Taking payments over the phone
- Educate members as needed to ensure retention
- Acts as gatekeeper for member charges, reimbursements, refunds, and credits
