Our client, a growing financial services organization, is seeking a Temporary Recruiter (Contract) to join their Talent Acquisition team. This role was created to support a high-volume hiring initiative and will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to help reduce a significant recruitment backlog. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter who enjoys building relationships, sourcing top talent, and managing full-cycle recruiting efforts in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
This position is primarily onsite in Malvern, PA, with the opportunity to work remotely on Fridays. Compensation includes a pay rate of $32.50/hour. This is an approximately 4-month contract assignment.
About the Job
- Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts for a variety of professional-level positions across multiple business functions, from intake meetings through offer stage.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, develop recruiting strategies, and deliver quality hiring outcomes.
- Recruit heavily for Human Resources, Risk & Compliance, Operations, and other corporate and business-facing positions.
- Proactively source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, and additional recruiting channels to build strong talent pipelines.
- Conduct candidate screening interviews, assess qualifications and fit, and present top talent to hiring teams.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders throughout the hiring process, providing updates on candidate activity and market conditions.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience while serving as a professional ambassador for the organization.
- Support a lean talent acquisition team by helping manage a high volume of open requisitions and sourcing initiatives.
About You
- Bring 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience, with 5+ years preferred.
- Demonstrate experience recruiting for professional-level roles across areas such as Human Resources, Risk & Compliance, Operations, Finance, or related corporate functions.
- Possess financial services, banking, lending, fintech, insurance, or related industry recruiting experience.
- Utilize strong sourcing skills and a proactive approach to identifying passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools.
- Have experience working within applicant tracking systems, with Workday experience strongly preferred.
- Successfully manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
- Build credibility with hiring managers and business leaders through strong communication, consultative partnership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment that prioritizes quality hiring outcomes and relationship-building over recruiting activity metrics.
